◎複数回のご注文について/About multiple orders

システム上送料はご注文1つにつき発生いたします。複数回ご注文いただいた場合には、各々に送料が掛かりますので、ご了承ください。また、複数のご注文を頂いた場合には同梱させて貰いますのでよろしくお願い致します。

Due to the system, shipping charges are incurred for each order. If you place multiple orders, please note that shipping charges will be incurred for each order. Also, if you place multiple orders, we will combine them, so thank you for your understanding.

◎ご利用されるお客様へ/To our customers

ひとつひとつ手作りなので、微妙な歪みや大きさの違い、釉薬のムラなど写真と全く同じ焼き上がりではない場合がございます。

電子レンジと食洗機は使用可能です。
染み込み、においの染み込みが気になる方は目止め処理をされることをお勧めします。

商品写真はできる限り実物の色に近づける様努力しておりますが、お部屋の照明、日光などにより色の変化が感じられる場合がございます。予めご理解いただきますようお願い致します。

3日以内にお支払いがない場合はオーダーが自動的にキャンセルになりますが、お取置きする事は出来ませんのでご了承ください。

◎お荷物が破損していた場合

もし到着した荷物が割れたり破損している場合、破損状態が分かるように梱包していた段ボールや緩衝材は捨てずに残して置いて下さい。
また、破損状態が分かるような画像をメール([email protected])にて送って頂けばありがたいです。

Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight distortions, differences in size, uneven glaze, etc., and the finished product may not be exactly the same as the photo.

Microwave and dishwasher safe.

If you are concerned about stains or odors, we recommend that you have the product sealed.

We try to make the product photos as close to the actual color as possible, but the color may change depending on the lighting in your room and sunlight. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

If payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled, but please note that we cannot reserve the item.

◎If the package is damaged

If the package arrives broken or damaged, please do not throw away the cardboard or cushioning material used to pack the package so that the damage can be seen.

We would also appreciate it if you could send us an image of the damage by email ([email protected]).
